AI Invisible Review (2026): Can a $49 GEO Guide Get ChatGPT to Recommend You?

More people now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overviews “who’s the best ___ near me?” instead of scrolling search results. If those tools never mention your business or blog, you’re invisible to that crowd. AI Invisible is a $49 PDF guide by Mark Ellis, sold through ClickBank, that promises to fix that with “GEO”, short for generative engine optimization.
Here’s what’s in it, what it costs, who it suits, and what you can do for free.
How we wrote this: we haven’t personally tested AI Invisible. This review is based on the official sales page and product information as of October 2026, plus Google’s own guidance on AI search. Our verdict is our own. Prices and contents change, so check the official page for current details.

1. What is GEO, and does it matter?
Generative engine optimization means making your website easy for AI tools to understand, trust and quote. In practice, that overlaps heavily with good SEO: clear pages about who you are and what you offer, direct answers to common questions, structured data, and mentions of your business around the web.
One honest caveat: Google says there are no additional requirements or special optimizations needed to appear in its AI Overviews or AI Mode beyond normal SEO best practices. So GEO isn’t a secret code; it’s about doing the fundamentals well and making your answers easy to pull. Other AI assistants work differently, and nobody can guarantee a mention.
2. What’s inside AI Invisible
According to the sales page, the guide includes:
- The 7 GEO fixes: specific changes to your website so AI engines recognize and cite you, pitched as a one-weekend project.
- Schema markup made simple: copy-and-paste structured data templates. (Google’s intro to structured data explains why this helps machines read your page.)
- The FAQ formula: how to write question-and-answer content that AI tools can quote.
- Social media GEO: how your profiles and posts support AI visibility.
- A 30-day action plan and the full case study.
It’s written in plain language for people without a technical background. The optional GEO Everywhere add-on ($17) extends the approach to social media and affiliate content.
3. The case study: what it does and doesn’t prove
The sales page shows one example, an oboe-reed-making website, that went from not being mentioned at all to appearing in AI answers, verified “same day” from another device and city. That’s encouraging, but keep it in perspective:
- It’s one site in a very small niche with almost no competition. Getting mentioned for “plumber in Dallas” is much harder.
- AI answers change from day to day and person to person, so results are hard to measure.
- It isn’t a typical or guaranteed result.
4. Pros and cons
Pros
- Low one-time price, no subscription.
- Plain-language, step-by-step format with templates.
- Focuses on a real and growing trend: people asking AI for recommendations.
- 60-day refund window through ClickBank.
Cons
- Only one case study, in a low-competition niche.
- Much of GEO overlaps with SEO basics you can learn free.
- No way to guarantee or easily track AI mentions.
- Upsell at checkout (optional).
5. Who it’s for (and who should skip it)
Good fit: local business owners, coaches, consultants and bloggers who have a website, feel lost on schema and “AI SEO”, and want a short checklist to follow over a weekend.
Skip it if: you don’t have a website yet (start with choosing web hosting), you already use schema and FAQ content confidently, or you’re hoping for guaranteed traffic.
6. Free things you can do today
Whether or not you buy the guide, these steps help both search engines and AI tools understand you:
- Make your About page say clearly who you are, what you do, where, and for whom.
- Add an FAQ section that answers real customer questions in one or two direct sentences each.
- Use your SEO plugin’s schema settings (Organization or LocalBusiness, Article, FAQ where relevant).
- Keep your business name, address and phone the same everywhere online.
- Write helpful, people-first content; see how to write a blog post that ranks.
7. Books if you’d rather learn the basics
Prefer a broader foundation? A current SEO or AI marketing book covers the same fundamentals in more depth.

8. Our verdict
AI Invisible is a reasonably priced, beginner-friendly way to get a checklist for the new “AI search” world, especially if schema and FAQ content feel intimidating. It’s not magic: the evidence is one small-niche case study, and the core ideas line up with solid SEO. If you have a website and want a guided weekend project, the 60-day guarantee lowers the risk. If you already know SEO, you can probably skip it.
